Scott Alexander CPA, AAICDScott has over 10 years experience in providing financial analysis and consulting support for Government and corporate clients in Australia, Asia and Europe. Scott has strong financial costing and analytical skills and experience gained from direct involvement in both private and government sector projects. In addition to the costing and analysis experience, Scott has extensive experience in Government financial management from the perspective of financial reporting, budget preparation, costing and evaluation. Scott has also developed technical and management experience in the Commonwealth budget process and has also refined skills in the areas of internal and external budgeting (monthly and annual) – specifically in relation to internal budget management and reporting systems external budget management (AIMS / CBMS).Brett Streatfeild CPA, MAICDBrett has over 18 years in senior financial management, both within the public and private sector. During this time, Brett has held a number of CFO and senior finance roles, most recently as CFO for a major agency within the Australian Intelligence Community, driving a significant period of expansion and change. Previous appointments include Calvary Health Care (ACT) – as CFO of the combined private and public arms of the hospital services, the founding CFO of the Natural Heritage Trust, a $1.5b environment programme of the Commonwealth Government, and CFO of the Australian National Parks and Wildlife Service. Brett has also worked as a consultant to a number of federal and local government clients, as well as undertaking specific private sector engagements. Brett started his career with a ‘Big 4’ accounting firm as an auditor, providing a sound grounding upon which he has developed a broad range of financial competencies throughout his career. Brett has a unique capacity to understand and develop strategic directions, as well as being very ‘hands on’ in delivering high quality workable solutions.David Vincent CA, F FinDavid has over 13 years accounting and financial analysis experience, having commenced professional practice with a ‘Big 4’ accounting firm in 1994. Since 2000 David has practiced as a Financial Consultant, specialising in Government and Public Sector service delivery, both here in Australia and overseas. David has extensive experience in the financial evaluation and development of Government funded projects, competitive tendering and market testing and the performance measurement lifecycle, including Public Private Partnerships (PPPs).
